Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving day

The English colonists we call Pilgrims celebrated days of thanksgiving as part of their religion. But these were days of prayer, not days of feasting. Our national holiday really stems from the feast held in the autumn of 1621 by the Pilgrims and the Wampanoag to celebrate the colony's first successful harvest. In the United States, the modern Thanksgiving holiday tradition is commonly, but not universally, traced to a poorly documented 1621 celebration at Plymouth in present-day Massachusetts. The 1621 Plymouth feast and thanksgiving was prompted by a good harvest.
I am thankful for...
  1. My Mother
  2. Father
  3. Sister
  4. Brothers
  5. Friends
  6. Food
  7. shelter
  8. a great community
  9. a bed to sleep in
  10. things that i have that others don't
  11. everything
  12. And a great life

And now that i have listed what am thankful for, if you're looking at my blog what are the things you are thankful for?
